DELIVERY & RETURNS
Emily May offers international shipping to the following:
UK: 3-5 business days - FREE
Europe: 3-5 business days £15
USA: 3-5 business days £20
rest of the world: 5-7 business days £25
The shipping cost is paid for by the customer and can be adjusted at checkout based on the destination of your order. Please note that the customer is responsible for any additional taxes and duties that may apply.
Merchandise orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Orders will be shipped 1 - 2 business days after the order has been processed (please see the orders section of the terms & conditions page for more details on product lead times). We observe all national holidays.
We are not responsible for missing deliveries or damaged packages. If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party is responsible for contacting the shipper. A tracking number will be provided and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that once your order has been signed for, the shipper is no longer responsible for that shipment.
If you are not completely satisfied or there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation / packaging and contact us immediately by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
We have a 14-day return policy for all orders. All returns must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse items that are shipped after the 14-day grace period.
All items must be returned in the same condition they were received with all labels and hygiene liners attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse items that: have had hygiene liners or tags removed, been worn, altered, damaged, washed or are not clean in any way at the time of return. Please wear underwear when trying on garments for hygiene reasons.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are sent to our customers. It is advised that you further check your items for defects upon arrival. Should you receive an item that has defects please contact customer service immediately via e-mail to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We don’t offer exchanges at this time.
Returns from outside of the uk must be invoiced as "returned goods - of no commercial" to prevent them being held at UK Customs. Any customs charges incurred are payable by the customer. Please send items back via ‘Special Delivery’ or by any other tracked or recorded method and obtain a proof of postage receipt from the post office or courier used, as we will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit. We do not refund original or return shipping costs or duty charges.
Emily May is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements at Emily May’s sole discretion.
Refunds will be processed up to 10 days after receipt and will be issued in the same form as initial payment.
