We offer shipping worldwide using 1st class, tracked postage. You may choose from three different shipping options.
Shipping cost is paid for by the purchaser and is a flat rate depending on the shipping method you use. The shipping fee will be adjusted on checkout based on the destination of your order. shipping within the United Kingdom is a flat rate of £3.50. international shipping to any other country is a flat rate of £9.00. Please note that the customer is responsible for all applicable taxes and duties.
All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Orders will be shipped 1 - 2 BUSINESS days after the order has been pROCESSEd. All orders received after 1:00 PM GMT on Friday will be PROCESSED AND shipped THE FOLLOWING WEEK. We observe all national holidays.
Royal Mail 1st class aims to deliver the next working day including Saturdays within the UK. however Please allow 2 – 3 business days for your order to arrive. Delivery to Europe aims to arrive within 3 – 5 business days. Delivery worldwide within 5 – 7 business days. Tracking is available for all orders. We are not held responsible for late deliveries.
If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party is responsible for contacting the shipper. A tracking number will be provided and we will do our best to assist you. We are not responsible for missing deliveries. Please note that once your order has been signed for, the shipper is no longer responsible for that shipment.
If you are not completely satisfied or there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation/ packaging and contact us immediately by sending an e-mail to email@example.com
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are sent to our customers. It is advised that you further check your items for defects upon arrival. Should you receive an item that has defects please contact customer service immediately via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order.
returns are only accepted on orders from within UK AND EUROPE AT THIS TIME. Returns are not accepted on international orders OUTSIDE OF THE UK AND EUROPE. All international sales OUTSIDE OF THE UK AND EUROPE are final. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE OF EUROPE.
We have a 14-day return policy for all orders within the uk AND EUROPE. All returns must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse items that are shipped after the 14-day grace period. All items must be returned in the same condition THEY wERE received with all labels attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse ITEMS that HAVE BEEN worn, altered, DAMAGED, washed OR ARE not clean in any way at the time of return.
We are unable to accommodate merchandise exchanges.
Refunds will be processed up to 10 days after receipt and will be issued in the same form as initial payment. We do not refund original or return shipping or duty charges. We recommend that you insure your package using a shipper which allows you to track your package and obtain a proof of postage receipt.
The shipper must make all claims for packages lost or damaged in transit. EMILY MAY is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements at EMILY MAY’s sole discretion.
